Bildhuset was founded by childhood friends and acclaimed storytellers Martin Ekelund and Viktor Ivarsson in 2019 and offers up a combination of production services stemming from a wide ranging skill set of industry professionals.
With extensive experience in production, visual effects and motion graphics, Bildhuset tells human stories with enormous commercial value using tried and true methods for a new and exciting, always-changing market landscape. Full of ideas and with a hop-to-it attitude to life, Martin Ekelund has had the good fortune of showing his films to audiences world wide. Originally from the woodlands of Årsunda, Gävleborg, Ekelund moved to Stockholm to work in commercials while simultaneously building a portfolio full of gripping narrative fiction, praised for its humor and fresh perspective.

Planning mastermind and acclaimed editor, Viktor Ivarsson got his start in visual effects before getting his degree in film at Dalarna University. Hailing from the small town of Sandviken, Gävleborg, Ivarsson has worked at SVT showcasing a wide range of skills in broadcast TV while also proving himself as a powerful storyteller and motion graphics designer.
